Vision and Mission

As a local self-government body, the vision and mission of a Gram Panchayat are aimed at the comprehensive development of the area and the welfare of the people. Vision of the Panchayat "A self-sufficient village that ensures equal justice and better quality of life for all people through sustainable and comprehensive development." The main goals that the Panchayat wants to achieve in the future are: Self-sufficiency: To make the village self-sufficient in food, health, education and basic facilities. Social justice: To ensure safety and equal opportunities for the marginalized, women, children and senior citizens. Eco-friendly development: To implement a sustainable development model that conserves natural resources. Mission of the Panchayat The mission includes the main activities and tasks that the Panchayat will undertake to realize the vision: Transparent governance: To ensure corruption-free and efficient public service. To bring services to the fingertips of the people through e-governance. Infrastructure Development: Implement good roads, drinking water supply, street lighting, proper waste management system (for example: through Harithakarma Sena). Livelihood and Agriculture: Promote the agricultural sector, create local employment opportunities through Kudumbashree and MGNREGS. Health and Education: Improve the quality of primary health centers and government schools. Strengthen epidemic prevention activities. People's Participation: Regularly convene Gram Sabhas and prioritize people's opinions and participation in development projects
